What is the role of the scrub?

Scrubbing or peeling or also called exfoliating, is a mechanical or chemical process that removes dead cells from the surface of your epidermis. The advantage of our scrub is that it is made by cold saponification. Thanks to the glycerin naturally formed during the reaction and to the vegetable oils which preserve better their hydrating and nourishing properties, you offer to your skin an elixir of youth.

When should I use a scrub? Once or twice a week maximum. Ideally before sun exposure for a regular tan or before hair removal for a smoother skin. Do not hesitate to insist on the most difficult areas such as elbows, knees and heels.

And to exfoliate my face, does it work? Yes it works, but we recommend, our Face Scrub - Shea which has smaller exfoliating grains for an even gentler exfoliation, since this part of the body is more sensitive to irritations. We advise you to use it 1 to 2 times a week maximum, to have soft skin from head to toe ✨
